My 23rd Birthday!!!!

So basically if there was a nomination for most romantic husband in the world award I would have to say mine would be the winner!

GET THIS! -

So I have been telling Crey for months that I really wanted a Tahitian pearl to put on a necklace like his moms.  Most of the time when I would tell him I would have a huge grin on my face and we both understood it was just wishful thinking.  

WELL he took my birthday to a whole nother LEVEL!! He called up his dear sweet Grandma Carol and asked her a few questions next thing I know he takes me out to lunch and tells me to close my eyes and hold out one hand.  Did I have any expectations or suspicions of what was coming??? NONE!! so next thing I know I am holding this gorgeous 10 MM black tahitian pearl in my hand!!!  I basically jumped out of my seat! Here is a picture!

Then to make my night even better he took me out to dinner to one of my most favorite restaurants... The Macaroni Grill and got me some delicious chocolate cake to eat with a candle in it and all!

As we were waiting for our food we decided to write a list of our top 10 things about each other. 

- I will have to say the "Booster Upper" is my favorite =) 

Targhee 2009

Crey's entire family on his mom's side (I'm talking around 100 peps easily) go to Targhee for 4 days over presidents day every year.  Here are a few pictures I took while kicking it up there .

SNOWBIRD!!!!

Here is our first snow day of the year!  I believe it was in the end of November AND we got in for free!  Thanks for flying jay and their snazzy gas cards, all of us got in for free that day!  WE just had to stop innocent bystanders on their way to purchasing their lift ticket that day and tell them to hand the teller our card and BAM! we got a free lift ticket.  =)

Halloween was bomb!

Ok...Creighton knows a guy who does make up for different Plays, Musicals etc... and the guy is amazing at halloween face make up.

At about 9:00 Halloween morning Crey went to this guys house and had the joker scars and makeup put on his face along with his co-worker Nate.  He was planning on surprising me at lunch with his makeup job but i accidently drove past him just a few minutes after he had it done so i made him meet me at our house a few minutes later so I could admire the handy work that was spread all over his face.  It looked so realistic! I am not sure these pictures will do it justice but let me just say with the outfit Crey pulled together in a matter of minutes and a crazy funky wig we chopped to pieces he looked like the joker to a T!  In fact it looked so realistic my family literally did not recognize him.  Our 4 year old nephew Daws did not like it one bit and was so scared he didn't dare look at Crey.  So basically the outfit and makeup was a success!  However I will have to say the highlight of our Halloween day was when we were driving around the city and Crey would pull a really creepy and somewhat disturbing look at people in their cars... their reactions were priceless.  I was dressed up as batman.... it was basically a children's size 10 leotard I found at my parents and a rented cape that completed my outfit so nothing to amazing... but the concept was funny and it was fun to dress up as a couple. Anyway all in all Halloween was a blast this year!  Enjoy the pictures! I also threw in a few pics of our pumpkin carving adventures from a few days prior.

Summer Green

BRAZIL PIX ...

We just got back from Brazil and it was AMAZING! We went from Rio to Recife and then from Recife down to Iguassu Falls and from Iguassu Falls back home.  ( a total of 8 different flights, and many hours of airports and planes )

But it was soooooo worth it! We had a blast! We were able to visit tons of Crey's mission, and meet different members of the church and people he taught. They are the nicest people in the world! We love them!

We went to the most beautiful beaches, went hang gliding, ate TONS of good food and different fruits, and overall had a killer time. 

We will let the pictures tell of our adventures.  Hope you enjoy.... we uploaded tons!

Well, the trip is now over and we are back home to WORK, BILLS, and all that other fun adult stuff. At least SKI SEASON is right around the corner. WE ARE SO STOKED FOR WINTER!!!!
